Study visit to China

A group of nine people from Sweden, representing Studiefrämjandet (Study Promotion Association), visited Shanghai, Hangzhou and Shaoxing one week in October 2006, invited by Shanghai Distance Education Group Companies, Shanghai Adult Education Association, Shanghai Lifelong Learning Research Institute. The group took part in one conference and did several study visits to different community learning centers in Shanghai and Hangzhou.

The first day, after arriving to Shanghai, we visited the Swedish ship Götheborg, that stayed in Shanghai a couple of month before it started its journey back to Sweden.
The group was warmly recieved in all places it visited, here at the community college in Huangpu district, Shanghai.
